‘CELEBRATION’ is a follow-up to 2017’s GRAMMY-nominated ‘Misplaced in Paradise’ – due out August 25, 2023, through Island Empire/Mensch Home Information. The file is predicted to captivate followers, with the Kings’ seductive island rhythms and pop-infused choruses making the album immediately contagious. Alongside the announcement, they’ve shared the title monitor for the album “Celebration (One Shot).”

The title monitor says all of it, it’s about taking that “one shot,” provides Ivan “Uncle Lui,” whose yard was the place the band first met, “It’s a celebration of doing issues our method. We’ve made numerous issues occur in an unconventional, unorthodox method. It’s a celebration of the place we’re right now. We’re in a position to stay in so many various musical worlds.”

Frequent Kings have lately launched their second track of the Album referred to as “Hideaway”. The brand new single is a contagious hit highlighting lead singer JR King’s signature silky clean falsetto vary towards an island rhythm as seductive as a lazy ocean breeze.  “He’s a grasp impersonator,” says band guitarist Mata. “He can sing like anybody from Luther Vandross and Prince to Axl Rose and Mick Jagger.” “Hideaway” offers the band’s avid reggae fanbase a stable nod, because it comes on the heels of the pop-leaning title monitor “Celebration (One Shot).”

The complete-length ‘CELEBRATION’ is predicted to proceed highlighting Frequent Kings’ seductive island rhythms and pop-infused choruses. JR feedback, “Our tackle reggae is extra feel-good, enjoyable and loving, relaxed in that Hawaiian method,” he continues, “We’re not a political band.” 

Reflecting on the brand new album JR says, “It’s a fruits of our careers, jamming 20 years, elevating households, dwelling life and making music, all of it coming collectively and with the ability to share that with the world.”

Music is the frequent bond for the Pacific Islanders that features Samoan-born Hawaiian lead singer Sasualei “JR. King” Maliga and Hawaii-raised Samoan guitarist Taumata “Mata” Gray; Fiji-born bassist Ivan “Uncle Lui” Kirimaua, and L.A.-born Tongan drummer Jerome “Huge Rome” Taito. Collectively they’ve transcended their 2011 Polynesian reggae beginnings to realize pop crossover success.

‘CELEBRATION’ is simply that for Frequent Kings…a option to toast greater than a decade of musical excellence and have a very good time doing it.
