A Black reporter who requested Republican Home of Representatives members about their new speaker with an extremist previous was informed to “shut up” by Rep. Virginia Foxx and booed by GOP reps.

On Tuesday (Oct. 24), the continued chaos over the position of speaker within the Home of Representatives appeared to finish when Mike Johnson of Louisiana was elected to be their nominee.
