Grammy award-winning singer, songwriter and performer Wizkid has set a brand new document for all African artists following his latest nomination forward of the BET Awards 2023. The afrobeats artist turned the African artist with the best BET Award nominations of all time, taking his tally of nominations to 9.

The singer was nominated for the 2023 BET Awards, which might be held on Monday, June 26, 2023, within the US for his contribution to Chris Brown’s hit tune ‘Name Me On a regular basis’ within the ‘Greatest Collaboration class.
