Yebba Releases New Music ‘Waterfall (I Adore You)’

Per the pleasant request of Drake, Grammy-winning singer Yebba has formally launched her track “Waterfall (I Adore You).”

The rap juggernaut sampled it on his track “Polar Opposites,” the ultimate monitor on his newest album, For All The Canines.

In an Instagram Tales publish, he playfully demanded Yebba to drop the track. “@yebbasmith drop the complete track from finish of ‘Polar Opposites,” he wrote. “This isn’t a request it’s a requirement.”

Yebba replied through Tales, “Drake stated it so we should.”

Yebba co-produced “Waterfall (I Adore You)” with John Rooney. Over soothing instrumentation, the West Memphis, Arkansas, native softly croons about being deeply enamored together with her important different. 

“Mirrors break, they multiply / F**ok what they are saying / These emotions don’t subside / Obsessions fade over time / However what stays, love is no matter we make it tonight,” she sings.

“Waterfall (I Adore You)” arrives with an alternate model that includes R&B newcomer and songwriter Sweata.

He seems within the third verse, singing, “My coronary heart is in want of some solace / So take your time with me / I’d do something for tender hearted.”

“Waterfall (I Adore You)” is Yebba’s first style of recent music since her 2022 EP, Stay at Electrical Woman. The five-track set featured reside renditions of songs from Yebba’s 2021 debut album, Daybreak. 

Daybreak was launched Sept. 10, 2021, and it consists of options from A$AP Rocky (“Far Away”) and Smino (“Louie Bag”).
